Mission
Bridge at Mason aims to foster a different type of civic dialogue on campus. The current atmosphere of political conversation is divisive, toxic, and discourages the virtuous discourse and empathetic intellectualism that democracy requires to flourish. We seek to encourage nonpartisanship, effective and civil communication, and meaningful conversation about our country's and the world's greatest political issues. we strive to create in our members responsible and respectful leaders who are able to engage in politics and the world critically, wisely, and skillfully in order to pursue a more inclusive society.
