Mission The mission of the Graduate Association of Civil & Environmental Engineers at George Mason University is to empower and support graduate students in their academic and professional endeavors within the civil and environmental engineering fields. We aim to provide a collaborative platform for innovation, research exchange, and networking; to promote sustainability and ethical practices in engineering; and to contribute positively to the broader community through outreach and service. Our commitment is to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive environment that champions the personal and professional growth of our members.
Membership BenefitsMembership is open to all registered CEIE graduate students. All members of GRACE will be CEIE graduate students who meet eligibility requirements for participating in extra-curricular activities as stated in the GMU Catalog and policies. Only CEIE graduate students can vote or hold office in the organization.Associate members are CEIE faculty, staff, or alumni and their spouses who are interested in the organization. They can’t vote or hold office for GRACE.
