About Us

The mission of the Health Informatics & AI Club (HIAC) is to facilitate and promote excellence in health informatics by exploring the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) across various disciplines. Our club's focus is on leveraging AI to advance research potentials and explore AI applications in health research, data analysis, innovation and personalized healthcare (including music as medicine). The club provides a collaborative social-like environment where graduate students can explore and compare the many AI platforms, AI outputs, and AI potentials that contribute to the growing intersection of AI and health informatics. Club funding helps members attend conferences and also connect virtually to other experts in the industry.
