I'm sending an e-mail through Mason360. Hopefully everyone receives it. We're hosting a meeting from 5:30PM to 6:00PM, Thursday, 9/18, in the Johnson Centre in room 315C.
Subject of the meeting is the foundation of the group, e.g.
- Officer roles
- Events
- Advertising (i.e. Branding)
I tried putting an event up - it said something about wanting the event to be posted 10 days in advance, so probably it won't get approved in time (or at all lol). So, just so everybody, at least currently in the club knows about our first meeting, I'm sending this e-mail out.
P.S. I went to reserve a club locker today. Apparently it takes a couple days for the desk to get back to you, but we'll have a place to store anything we buy.
