Successful leadership demands the ability to earn trust. Trust is built through accountability, connection, understanding and respect. This workshop series, designed specifically for Mason graduate students, will bring you the needed knowledge and skills to demonstrate that accountability, to create a welcoming community at work, and to inspire team creativity, dedication, and excellence.

Refreshments will be provided at each session. Registration is required for each individual session; spaces are limited. All sessions will be held in-person. Those who complete all 6 sessions are eligible to receive special prizes to celebrate their accomplishment.
