The purposes for which Muslim Leadership Development is formed are to serve as a gateway and development from college into community leadership; foster a community that is geared towards learning both spiritually and professionally; undertake and engage in religious, charitable, educational, and Dawah related activities; establish brotherhood and sisterhood based on the Islamic principles of equality, mutual help, and love.
