Good afternoon,
Are you a woman or non-binary student with computing-related achievements and interests? Join us this Thursday from 5-6:30 in Horizon Hall, room 2010, to learn how to apply for an Award at the NSBE x NCWIT social! NCWIT Aspirations in Computing (AiC) offers four distinct awards honoring aspirations, abilities, technical accomplishments, and influential guidance. From the AiC High School Award celebrating 9th-12th graders to the AiC Educator Award recognizing outstanding educators and the AiC Collegiate Award honoring undergraduate and graduate students, there's an award for every stage. The AiC Impact Award highlights community members' efforts to grow their interest in computing and technology. Join us for snacks, games, and an inspiring celebration of women and non-binary individuals in computing! Learn more about how to apply for these prestigious awards and join our community online.
Just to be clear, though, everyone is welcome! This is also a game night, and snacks will be provided. Come through to learn, play, and spend some time with your fellow NSBE family!
