Mission
Patriots of Kuwait (POK) aims to deliver a wonderfully welcoming environment for all George Mason patriots! Especially our fellow Arab students at Mason! Our mission is to help new students embrace their new surroundings and truly feel comfortable at our campus by welcoming them to our community, or as we like to call it, Family!
Furthermore, we aim to have a piece of Kuwait at Mason where we can experience our culture and let it be known to all our fellow Mason patriots!
We plan to have some exciting events that get students involved in our rich culture as well as traditions such as the Kuwaiti celebrations among other brilliant ideas collected from our staff at POK, along with tables that give you a glimpse of our home and why Kuwait should be known worldwide.
Finally, we shall adhere to and uphold the GMU policies and guidelines.
Kuwait is our home, and we are inviting you over!

Membership Benefits
1. At POK, we will have members ranging from freshman to senior, which will aid in assisting with advice if a member or student chooses to ask.
2. At POK, we will also be welcoming and willing to speak to students or members who aim to learn or enhance their Arabic speech skills, which could prove to be a beneficial benefit to students or members learning Arabic.
3. Learn about Kuwaiti and Arab culture, which could help students or members who aim to work or do business in the Middle East or the GCC countries in particular.
