Completed checklists are now due 30 days prior to events

As of August 2025, all events requiring a checklist through the Office of University Events will be due 30 days before the event date.

This is a change from the previous 10 day deadline. This change goes into effect immediately for all further large/late-night events held by RSOs on campus.

What is a 25Live Checklist?
The office of University Life assigns high-risk events a checklist. You will be working with their office to ensure all areas of the event are discussed and planned out with various staff. We are all here to help your event be as successful and as safe as possible!
