Join Mason Recreation, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), and the Center for Well-being for a series of collaborative events. This 1 hour session will consist of a 30 min Bodyweight Bootcamp class, followed by CAPS providing a 30 min activity focusing on managing stress and well-being.
