About Us
GMU has a large student population, the majority of which are too busy to pick up a music class, let alone music minor. Furthermore, the guitar classes at GMU are fairly limited and are at the end of the day, a class commitment. The Guitar Club aims to bridge that gap and provide a low-pressure and low-commitment space for any and all members of the GMU community to walk in anytime during club hours and get help with all things guitar related. Members can enjoy an environment that they can perform, seek guidance, or network with other guitarists.
