Great outlet for being able to get exercise in your day to day schedules while making long-lasting friendships!!
We compete against other universities in the area and across the US! We often play a tournament in NC over spring break against dozens of teams! It's an experience with a club team that you won't get with intramurals!
Does going to the gym not fit into your schedule? Do you not fully know what you're doing? Do you just not want to go by yourself? With ultimate not only will you get exercise, but a fun community (and maybe some gym buds)!
Ultimate is one of the most inclusive sports out there. Our policies regarding trans and non-binary players are that they can play on whatever team they feel most comfortable
