About Us

We are the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) chapter at George Mason. Our Vision is to serve as the leading society of students devoted to developing using engineering and technology to advance human health and well-being. Our Mission is to build and support activities designed to communicate recent advances, discoveries, and inventions; integrate the perspectives of the academic, medical, governmental, and industrial sector. The main purpose of the organization is to provide research, employment, and educational opportunities to students in Biomedical Engineering or related fields! You do NOT have to be apart of the BENG, BIOE, or NEUR majors to participate in our events.
