About Us

STAND is the only student-led movement to end genocide and mass atrocities in the world, with chapters located across the United States and Canada. The organization is made up of committees focusing on Burma, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Sudan, South Sudan, Yemen, and Indigenous Peoples. Through advocacy, fundraising, and education/awareness, STAND aims to foster human rights activists in the generations to come and commits to a world without genocide.

GBM dates to be announced. We have many awesome events planned for the year, from film-screenings to guests coming in from a Speaker's Tour, and will be promoting our chapter at the JC Kiosks soon on campus!
