About Us

The mission of this organization is to campaign for the protection of the environment and its inhabitants through advocacy, activism, and education. We define the environment to include the physical, social, economic, and cultural conditions where we live. We seek to create a diverse movement within the Mason community to make tangible improvements in our environment both locally and in the state of Virginia, and to empower students to take action for a healthy planet for our future. Our goal is to raise awareness on campus regarding different environmental issues on the local, state, and national level, and provide students with an outlet to take action to make change.

Fall 2025 Meeting Schedule

We want to invite anyone and everyone to come to our weekly meetings, regardless of your background. Meetings will be a welcoming and casual space to learn about and engage with environmental justice topics.
