About Us

The Pre-Optometry Club of George Mason University is an organization which serves the needs of students interested in Optometry. We want to educate, encourage, and exchange academic and life experiences with students interested in vision health. Information about the Schools of Optometry in the United States, pre-requisite requirements, and the Optometry Admissions Test (OAT) will be provided. We invite local optometrists, school representatives, and current optometry students as guest speakers. Future plans include fundraising for eye health organizations, volunteering and leadership opportunities.
