Rho Phi Lambda shall be an honorary, professional Parks & Recreation Fraternity whose purpose shall be to recognize, promote and encourage students of high moral character and unselfish devotion to the study, research and application of knowledge to the betterment of recreation and parks for all peoples and to recognize those persons who have made outstanding contributions to the field of recreation and parks.
