About Us

Taaras at Mason is a competitive dance organization that is driven to showcase different dance forms from the southern regions of India. We encourage the participation of all members of the Mason community, as our main goal is to educate about these diverse crafts through our performances. Southern regions are often not included under the umbrella of Indian dance, and we are motivated to bring the multicultural dance alive.
