We hope this newsletter finds you in the best of health, inshaAllah. Read on for information on today's Mental Health event, registration links for the next Brothers' Circle and Sisters' Circle sessions, and information on how to keep in touch with us.

We are continuing to hold our in-person events, such as discussions/halaqas, socials, and Jumuah (Friday) Prayers. However, as we are still in the middle of a pandemic, we will be following all GMU Health and Safety Guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the community. All attendees must:

RSVP for the event in Mason360
Complete and show a Green Mason COVID Health Check at the door
Be vaccinated and wear a mask (if you have an approved exemption, please bring official documentation from Student Health Services to the event)

Join us Lecture Hall 1 today to learn more about strengthening our mental health in this post-pandemic world. We are elated to have Yasmin Elhady, an influencer and comedian, join us to share her perspective and advice. The event will begin at 4:30 pm and end at 6:30 pm inshaAllah. Join us for Sisters' Circle!

Thank you for coming to our first Sisters' Circle last week. We enjoyed meeting and engaging with you all, and we hope you'll join us again next week. As a reminder, Sisters' Circle is a safe space for sisters to discuss our faith and strengthen our sisterhood. Topics we plan on covering include: Hijab, Culture vs. Religion, How to Strengthen our Iman, and so much more! It's that time of year again! Our annual hoodie design competition has officially begun. Keep scrolling for an overview of how the competition works. We can't wait to see what you come up with!

Join us for Jumuah Prayer every Friday this semester!

Please refer to the schedule for specific locations and timings. Any emergency schedule changes will be posted on our Instagram and sent out through Remind, so please be sure to join us on these platforms. Remember to RSVP online well in advance to secure your spot (you can click this on this flyer to do so!). On Friday, complete your COVID health check and arrive 15 minutes early so we can check everyone in. We hope to see you there, inshaAllah!
