Subject: Re-registration window is open August 1-7


RSO Re-Registration Window OPENS August 1 - August 7!


If you and your RSO officers are ready to re-register the RSO before fall, take advantage of this window! 

Please note:

  • We are sending this email to all officers of recent 2022 un-registered RSOs
  • The recently unregistered RSOs have been reactivated but remain unpublished
    • Only RSO Officers of that group may access/View the Mason360 Group Page
      • The incoming President must submit the re-registration form 
      • Complete the previously submitted but incomplete re-registration form
      • If the RSO does not complete a re-registration during this window, they will be deactivated until the next window opens in November.
To Begin:
  1. Ensure the incoming President for the RSO has been added as an officer
  2. The incoming President logs-in and submits the re-registration form during the registration window: Monday, August 1st at 8am through Sunday, August 7th at midnight
  3. All officers/Advisor must approve their roles by August 14th

Ayleen Leonhardt, Assistant Director of Student Organizations, will review your requested topics, craft a presentation and help you navigate the various processes needed to ensure a successful Registration.

This is in part of the  RSO Lead Team bi-weekly Workshops to help you navigate your role as an officer, advisor or member.
