2026-2027 Priority Re-Registration

Great news, RSO re-registration for 2026–2027 opened early!

Take advantage of this extra time to get ahead and secure your organization’s status for next year.

📅 Priority Registration Timeline

Applications open: TODAY
Applications deadline: April 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM

Reminder: Applications are submitted by the Incoming 2026-2027 President through Mason360 and all RSOs & FSLs are required to re-register each April.

✅ What You Need to Do

1. Complete Elections and add incoming president to officer roster in Mason360

2. Incoming president submits RSO re-registration application for review by April 20 (4:00 PM)

3. Complete ALL registration tasks (officer role approvals, edits, etc) by May 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Missing deadlines will delay your organization’s registration until the next registration window.
  • Complete every step in your application to ensure a smooth approval process.
  • Our team will communicate directly with the incoming president (application submitter) via Mason360 if any updates or edits are needed.
  • Mid-May Approvals: Once all applications are finalized, your officer roster will be updated to reflect the officers listed in your application.
    • This timeline allows your current board to successfully wrap up the year while preparing your new leadership for a strong start.
