Event Contract Request Deadline is December 1st!

Planning a Spring 2024 Event? Any Spring Events being planned up to February 15, 2024 needing a contract completed for a performer/vendor/speaker must have a Mason360 Contract Request submitted by December 1st, 2023.

Highlight: Marketing Your RSO and Events

Voice Walls: The Voice Walls are available to RSOs at the Student Involvement Front Desk on a first come, first serve basis. Please have an RSO Officer stop by to discuss the painting of the wall and reserving the paint cart.

The two walls closest to the Johnson Center are designated as Chalk Walls.
 

Chalking Around Campus: Please review all Mason Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines before using chalk on university property. Chalking cannot take place within a reservable event space. Chalk Paint is not approved, only chalk sticks. Chalk is only permitted on horizontal pathways (flat ground) and is not permitted on vertical areas (walls, steps, etc).

Nov 22nd through Nov 26th~ RSO LT at minimal Staffing for Fall Break.

December 1st~ Last day to submit contract requests for events through Feb. 15th. Last day of the fall semester.
