Founded in 1919, Beta Alpha Psi is an honor organization for financial information students and professionals. There are over 300 chapters on college and university campuses with over 300,000 members initiated since Beta Alpha Psi's formation. All of our chapters are AACSB and/or EQUIS accredited. We are not a fraternity or sorority but an honors organization.

The Elections and Disputes Commission (EDC) is an independent body of Student Government. The EDC has sole power over holding official elections of Student Government and presides as an independent adjudicator when and should disputes arise between the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch. There is a minimum of five members and a maximum of nine. Commissioners, members of the EDC, shall be registered full time students of George Mason University and be in good academic and university standing. The dates of office are from date of approval until the date of their respective graduation, resignation, or removal from their Office.

George Mason Esports offers students the chance to get involved in both casual and competitive gaming. With 6 varsity or premiere level competitive games, students can try out to represent George Mason in Rocket League, Overwatch, League of Legends, Super Smash Bros, Call of Duty, or VALORANT. Super Smash Lovers can join other students in our weekly Smash tournaments held every Friday night. Just a casual gamer? Join us for community game nights, watch parties, trivia nights and many more opportunities to be a part of the George Mason Esports community.

GMUT is part of Toastmasters International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.

The group also serves to increase access to critical services based on unique identities or specific needs. Finally, the SPARK Affinity Group names and addresses systemic issues that hinder the likelihood of educational success of Black/African American, Latinx/Hispanic, Indigenous, Biracial, Multiracial, MENA, Asian, Asian American, Pacific Islander, African students as well as working students with families, military and veteran students, students with disabilities, and first-generation students.
