CEC-OSSE BLAST-off Week Leadership Day - Leading with Speaker: Brandon Thorpe

Students, faculty, and staff are invited to join the College of Engineering and Computing for an inspiring day of leadership events. In the evening, CEC's Leadership Speaker, Aisha Bowe—a former NASA rocket scientist turned serial entrepreneur, and civilian space traveler who made history as one of the first Black women to journey into space. As the founder and CEO of STEMBoard and LINGO, she has built award-winning technology ventures while empowering the next generation of innovators. Aisha brings a remarkable perspective on collaboration, representation, and driving impact across industries. She will share leadership insights tailored for George Mason University’s engineering community and broader audiences as they work together to shape the future of STEM.
