Conflict in groups and organizations is inevitable, and can be very positive and productive. This workshop will help participants better understand various approaches to conflict, which approaches they utilize more frequently, and how to use each approach appropriately. We may approach conflict differently, but if we better understand ourselves and others, we can navigate conflict in a more constructive manner. This workshop will equip participants with various approaches to positive conflict management.
