This IDP workshop will focus on the fundamentals of drafting an Individual Development Plan (IDP), providing graduate students with the tools and guidance needed to begin developing a personalized plan for their academic and professional goals. Students will learn how to identify their strengths, interests, skills, and areas for growth while setting meaningful and actionable goals for their graduate experience and future career.
