Beginning July 1, 2026, several federal financial aid policies affecting graduate students will change. The Office of Student Financial Aid, the Student Support and Advocacy Center’s Financial Well‑Being team, and Graduate Student Life invite new graduate students to a virtual session on July 30 at 6 p.m. This session will provide a clear overview of what’s changing, how these updates may impact borrowing and eligibility, and important considerations as you begin planning how to fund your graduate education. Attendees will receive a straightforward breakdown of key information, available resources, and practical guidance to support informed financial decision‑making from the start of their program.
