Community engagement is defined by a collaborative relationship and mutual partnerships between institutions and the communities in which they sit, where shared knowledge and resources are cultivated. Thinking about your own research, scholarship or activism, join the Offices of Graduate Student Life, Community Engagement and Civic Learning and Graduate Education for an interactive conversation about community engagement and scholarship. This panel will bring together Mason faculty, alumni and graduate students together to discuss their own experiences dealing with the intersection between community engagement and the university. Lunch will be provided. Please note that spaces are limited.
