Sign-In Instructions

MASON STUDENTS

Please sign-in with your Mason netid and password and complete 2FA using the DUO app.  If you experience login issues, contact mason360@gmu.edu.

You must be an active student at the university (registered for 1 or more courses) in order to access Mason360 as a student.

MASON FACULTY/STAFF

Faculty/Staff with existing Mason360 accounts must login with their Mason netids and passwords and complete 2FA through the DUO app.

Those who have not requested a Mason360 account will receive the error message "we cannot find your profile in Mason360, contact your school administrator to be added."

Please submit the New F/S Account Request Form to request a Mason360 account.  This form is for current Mason faculty/staff members only.  Our team will review and verify all form submissions within 3 business days.

GUESTS, ALUMNI, PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS, FAMILIES, COMMUNITY MEMBERS

Guests may view the Mason360 event calendar and register for public events.  Guest may not join groups or utilize the Mason360 mobile app.  Please use a computer or a mobile web browser for access.

To gain access to Mason360 as a guest, click on Events at the top of your screen, locate a public event, click REGISTER and follow the prompts. Events that are closed to guests will not show a REGISTER option.

Please do not use an e-mail that ends in gmu.edu for your guest access.
