Whether or not we directly feel it, we and/or those around us may have been overly stressed out and/or traumatized by the multi-faceted impacts of the global pandemic of COVID-19. Therefore, it is important to acknowledge our felt reality brought about by the pandemic, and affirm ourselves of our resilience (individual and societal) which enables us to keep going. But what nurtures resilience? How does one's resilience manifest during this pandemic?

This webinar will provide participants the opportunity to explore different ways resilience has sustained themselves during this pandemic. Best practice and/or mechanisms that nurture resilience and constructively address pandemic's devastating effects, including people's ways of coping will be discussed, toward the healing of self and community.
