Mission, vision, and values – what do they really mean? Values help us make decisions, but in organizations, those decisions can have a large impact. This interactive workshop will examine one organization that clearly defines and lives its values: the Walt Disney World Resort. What can we learn from this example?

Outcomes:
- Participants will be able to describe how values can guide decision-making for an organization.
- Participants will be able to articulate the values of the Walt Disney World Resort and examples of how the values are lived in practice.
- Participants will begin to consider their individual values and the values of their organizations
