Virtual Workshop





In this one-hour session, you will learn how we maintain our own well-being through self-care practices and strategies we use to contribute to the well-being of our communities. In addition to getting a glimpse into our own personal approaches, we will lead you in practices that will help you to leave the session with a greater connection to yourself and to your community and an increased sense of well-being. You’ll be encouraged to identify a practice to integrate into your own daily life and make a plan for how you’ll do it.
