"With power, come great responsibility." As a leader, you have a great deal of power, whether we realize it or not. The ways we respond to those following us, can make or break individuals on a team, so we have to make sure we are responding to everyone equitably. As leaders, no matter how many good intentions we have, we still have biases, and some of those biases are unconscious. In this hour, we will look at the unconscious biases, how they can affect our leadership ability, and how we can enhance who we are as leader when we recognize them to ensure we treat all as if they belong.
