Details

The first Mental Health Talk session, “Overthinking & Anxiety: You’re Not Alone,” is an interactive, small-group conversation that helps students understand what anxiety and overthinking are, why they happen, and how they show up in daily life. In this session, students will normalize their experiences, learn practical tools to manage anxious thoughts and stress, and hear about campus resources for additional support.

Lunch will be provided for students who RSVP in advance; walk-ins are welcome, but lunch cannot be guaranteed.
