Workforce Planning & Optimization Lead (SME)

Andrew Morgan

https://www.linkedin.com/in/megan-stanton-maxwell/

My background includes 20 years as a military healthcare executive and current consulting work focused on workforce optimization, governance, and data driven decision making. I work at the intersection of workforce data, policy, and operations to help healthcare leaders move beyond headcount-based approaches toward models that align skills, demand, and organizational priorities.

Through direct involvement in workforce redesign initiatives, system modernization efforts, and cross functional collaboration, I have observed which models gain traction and which fail due to lack of integration between strategy and execution. I would contribute insights on leadership capabilities required to guide workforce transformation, the role of functional translation in enabling change, and practical approaches organizations are using today to build sustainable, future ready healthcare workforces.
