Join us at Southside Dining Hall for a hands-on Teaching Kitchen session with Chef George! In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic mole sauce, a rich and flavorful Mexican classic. Chef George will walk you through step-by-step techniques, share cooking tips, and answer your questions along the way.

Whether you’re an experienced cook or just getting started in the kitchen, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills and enjoy a fun, food-filled afternoon with your peers.
