Julia Morelli, MA '95, BA '83, Senior Fellow with Mason's Center for the Advancement of Well-Being, will lead you through a series of mindful movements designed to help reduce stress and bring a sense of renewal to the body, with gentle practices including stretches and forms of moving meditation.
