About Us

The Premedical Society was founded in 2018 to provide the best academic and social environment for the aspiring health professionals of George Mason University. Our mission is to encourage involvement among a plethora of academic backgrounds that pursue a career in the medical field at the undergraduate level. Our goal is to encourage the student body of George Mason University to partake in meetings that encompass gradual, yet detailed MCAT preparation. As an organization, we strive to emphasize the importance of achieving hands on experience within the field of medicine by providing information regarding volunteer, research, and internship experiences. In addition, we will have a variety of activities planned for students to engage in social networking.
