Membership in the George Mason University RAM Chapter provides students with unique opportunities to serve communities in need while gaining meaningful experience as future healthcare professionals. Members will have the chance to travel to Remote Area Medical (RAM) clinics across the nation, where they can volunteer alongside healthcare providers to deliver free, quality care to individuals who lack access to hospitals or cannot afford medical treatment. Beyond volunteerism, this experience cultivates compassion, teamwork, and leadership skills that are invaluable for personal and professional growth.
