Common Ground: Earth Day and Religion, hosted in partnership by Harmony Circle and the Society for the Study of Religion, is an Earth Day event that will explore the relationship between religion and the environment, different perspectives, both religious, and non-religious, on environmentalism, and how we can come together and share common ground across our differences and explore how we can carry out our shared responsibility to care for our planet.

Join us for a panel to present and explore diverse perspectives, followed by group dialogue. Our panelists include Dr. Jacquelyn Williamson of Art History, Dr. Al Fuertes of the School of Integrative Studies, and Dr. Ricardo Sánchez of Education and Human Development.

Dinner will be served after the panel and conversation. This event is a great opportunity to connect with other students, professors, community members, and peers to learn about environmentalism, its relation to religion, and how we can connect with each other and our shared earth.
