The GMU Fencing Club offers a unique opportunity for beginning and experienced fencers alike to compete and better their fencing skills. We have over 35 members and provide equipment for all beginning fencers. We are a fun-loving club sport that accepts everyone regardless of experience! Our goal is for members to become more confident on and off the strip, make friends, and, above all else, have fun! We have between 6-7 competitions a semester, practice three days a week in the Recreation and Athletic Complex (RAC)/Aquatic and Fitness Center (AFC), and would love to see you there!

The GMU Trap and Skeet Club is a competitive club sport at Mason. The team usually practices Monday-Thursday mornings (you pick two), and Friday afternoons at the Izaak Walton in Centreville. The cost is currently $30 in dues per week each shooter practices. This is to help offset the cost of ammo and targets, but each member helps with fundraising to help add to our team account. We shoot in 4-6 collegiate tournaments each semester with our main shoot, Nationals, being in the spring semester. In competition, we shoot American and Doubles Trap and Skeet, sporting clays, and super sporting. We do not have any specific requirements or prerequisites other than safe gun handling and rule following.

This club aims to refine the members' abilities regarding volleyball and compete at a high level while upholding strong morals, ethics, and respect for one and all. The Men's Volleyball Club competes on the state, regional, and national level.

Join us for two weekly practices at our field house, plus exciting opportunities to compete in multiple tournaments throughout the year! In the past season alone, we participated in 10 away tournaments, including Nationals.

To provide George Mason University students the ability to compete in an organized hockey league, promoting fair play, social atmosphere and an arena to develop physical and social skills. We give high-level players the opportunity to continue their playing careers in a supportive environment with an emphasis on academics.

Returning and newly rostered players will each be issued 2 Pro Stock Team 450G Low Kick Point CCM hockey sticks.
Each player will be issued new, custom CCM shells, as well as new, custom Warrior team gear bags.
As usual, players will be issued green, white and gold jerseys as well as game socks. Jerseys remain the property of the team and will be returned at the end of the season (except for graduating senior who will be offered their gold jersey). Socks will remain the players' property.
Newly rostered players will receive also be issued custom Bauer team gloves, as well as a CCM team jacket.
NOTE: effective the 2018-19 season, players will be required to purchase their own gold helmet / white cage – which will be available at the Prince William Ice Center for purchase at a team discount rate.
Dues include lodging and bus transportation for away games which are 90 minutes or further away from GMU.
Dues include the cost of ice time for 35 practice slots (10:30PM on Monday / 9:00PM on Wednesday) and 16 home games.

Officially named the "Ice Hockey Club M2 at George Mason University", our team was reestablished for the 2023-2024 season and proudly competes in the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA). We are a member of the Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League (ACCHL) in the M2A Capitol Division. We play out of Prince William Ice Arena in Dale City, Virginia. The team is comprised of both undergraduate and graduate students, with players bringing experience from high school, juniors, and travel hockey. As a student-run organization, we operate under the authorization of George Mason University Recreation, fostering leadership, teamwork, and a passion for the game.
