Mason Lobbies 2027

Mason Lobbies is an annual Student Government tradition that takes Mason students to Richmond to make their voices heard! Join SG as we meet with legislators in the Virginia General Assembly and advocate for issues that matter to our community.

We’ll depart from the George Mason University Fairfax Campus early in the morning (approximately 6:00 AM), spend the day in Richmond meeting with legislators, and return to campus by approximately 3:30 PM. Transportation and food are provided at no cost!

Whether you’re passionate about financial aid, research funding, or issues affecting your community, Mason Lobbies is your opportunity to speak up, connect with Virginia’s decision-makers, and gain real-world advocacy experience. No prior experience is needed. All student and majors welcome.
