Whether or not we directly feel it, we and/or those around us, may have been overly stressed out and/or traumatized by the global crisis of COVID-19. In these difficult times, there is a need for all of us to recognize prolonged stress/anxiety and trauma within ourselves and others, including its multi-faceted impact on families, work/school environment, and society in general. As Mason students, we need to learn how to constructively address and cope, become more resilient individuals, and help bring about healing in our families and communities in the process.

These series of webinars are designed to provide participants with an open and welcoming space for them to come together and share their felt reality within the context of the pandemic, and extend support to one another, believing that we are not alone in these challenging times.
