About Us
The Carter School Undergraduate Program empowers students to take ownership of their academic and professional journeys while discovering how the study of conflict can shape their futures. We provide individualized advising, mentorship, and connections to resources, opportunities, faculty, alumni, and professionals that help students explore the many ways a conflict resolution degree can be applied. We listen first, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside each student to understand their goals, interests, skills, and unique circumstances. Rather than telling students what path to take, we help them discover the path that is right for them. We encourage curiosity, self-advocacy, informed decision-making, and meaningful engagement with the Carter School community and the world beyond it. We are committed to providing an inclusive, responsive, professional, fair, and transparent experience for every student. Through our work, we strive to ensure that every Carter School undergraduate feels supported, empowered, and prepared to turn their education into meaningful action.
