Tim started his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2017 in the Chicagoland Multifamily Investment Sales space. During his tenure as an agent, Tim became a top agent in Chicago, handling over 70 transactions with a sales volume in excess of $250,000,000.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Tim graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During this time, he was actively involved in managing the Scarlet Alpha Management Fund with the Buckeye Capital Investors, in addition to acting as the chapter president on behalf of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Tim has also studied abroad for cross-cultural management and international marketing to France, Italy, and Greece, as well as to Costa Rica for sustainable urban development.

Brian Hosey is the Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Mid-Atlantic Division. Additionally, Brian oversees the daily operations of the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore offices.

Brian joined Marcus & Millichap in 2010 as an agent in the firm’s Manhattan office specializing in the sale of multifamily assets. In 2013, he was promoted to Sales Manager, followed by another promotion to Regional Manager of the firm’s New Jersey office in 2014. In 2020 Brian was relocated to Washington, D.C.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with dual bachelor’s degrees in business and communications. In his spare time, Brian enjoys aviation, photography, and playing the bass guitar and drums.
