About Us

Mason Folklore students and the Folklore Curious, join our student group, The Folklore Roundtable

The Mason Folklore Roundtable is a companion to Mason's Folklore Studies Program which is a leading center for the study of vernacular cultures and the historical, cultural, and social context in which these cultures are rooted. The Folklore Roundtable hosts annual campus events including the Campus Legends and Lore tour, held every October. In between those events, the Folklore Roundtable hosts events regularly throughout the semester in-person and online to discuss all things folklore. Students, staff, and community members welcome!
