MASON STUDENTS
Please log in with your Mason netid and password and complete 2FA through DUO app or your provided pin #. Learn more about how to set up your 2FA.

MASON FACULTY/STAFF
If you have an existing account, please login with your Mason netid and password and complete 2FA through DUO app or your provided pin #.
If you receive the error message "we cannot find your profile in Mason360, contact your school administrator to be added", please submit the New F/S Account Request Form.
The New F/S Account Request Form should only be completed by current Mason faculty/staff members. Our team will review all submissions within 5 business days. During this review process, we will also complete a faculty/staff verification check to ensure you are a current faculty/staff member at Mason.
GUESTS, ALUMNI, PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS, FAMILIES, COMMUNITY MEMBERS
All guests users have limited access to Mason360. As a guest user you are able to view the event calendar, register for an event, and fill out survey/forms. At this time, guests are not able to join groups or access the Mason360 app (you must use your desktop or mobile web supported browsers).
To get to the first-time user sign-up page, you must click on an event and select registration or visit first time user sign-up page.
If you are an active student at the university, you should log in to Mason360 with your Single Sign-On log-in information. Students who sign up under guest will have limited access to Mason360 features.
