Learning Services is presenting the ADHD Awareness Month 2023 Workshop Series during the month of October 2023. The workshops throughout the month will cover scheduling and time management, how to overcome procrastination, how to focus better, and motivation and goal setting. Participants are welcome to attend one or more workshops. Please register for each workshop you plan to attend.
