Event Information
Reminder: An approved Mason360 event submission only approves the promotion of the event. The RSO will need to fullfill all requirements to confirm locations, speakers, funding requests, etc.
We communicate with the officer who submits the requests using the Mason360 chat feature.
Planning an early fall event? Make sure you are keeping track of any deadlines, such as:
25Live checklist if the event needs extra support (email is sent to the 25Live requestor from the University Events Office)

SFB does not fund branded or non-branded items like promotional items and giveaways.
SFB requires events that are free, open, and accessible to students on campus. That means we can’t fund events that are exclusively for the group that is applying.
Make sure your quote totals match what you're requesting.
