  • A new template for the RSO constitution will be available on March 26, 2025.  All RSOs will be required to upload their revised constitution during the registration process for review.
  • The template will be found on the RSO HUB

Mason360 Event Submissions

• Reminder: An approved Mason360 event submission only approves the promotion of the event. The RSO will need to fullfill all requirements to confirm locations, speakers, funding requests, etc.
  • We communicate with the officer who submits the request using the Mason360 chat feature. 
  • To advertsie your event to its full potential, submit at LEAST 10 business days before the event. Our team will review during office hours.
  • We will not approve events with "TBD" as the location.

Showcase your country, culture, and talent on April 2nd in the Johnson Center Atrium through song at our first ever WorldVision singing competition hosted by Student Centers, Student Involvement, and Student Government. International Photo Competition Submission Form

A photo is worth 1000 words, and this year the International Week 2025 Photo Competition is a great way to share your international experience as a student at Mason! Please submit up to one photo per category. Amazon Money Prizes will be given to the first and second-place winners in each category ($75 and $25 respectively). The top two winners in each category will have their photos displayed on our social media and website!  

Spring 2025 Dates to Know

• No submissions will be accepted after this date. 
• All submissions must be compliant with respective application deadlines. Please refer to the RSO Hub for further guidance.

SFB Reminders

• Inquires for SFB application updates go directly to the Student Funding Board (SFB) team and not to SI Budget. 
• Once the RSO application approval has been received, YOU must initiate a Payment Request in Mason360 per the instructions sent in your Mason360 chat. 
• Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) do NOT automatically receive funding of $3,000 (Tier 1) or $6,000 (Tier 2). RSOs are required to submit an SFB application and receive approval to have access to these funds. RSOs are not guaranteed these dollar amounts as it is an application process.
